FoufdocsLIB LLC provides professional digital marketing services based on agreed scopes of work and monthly service arrangements.
1. Service-Based Model
Our services are delivered through structured strategy development, campaign management, consultation, and performance optimization. Because these services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation, they are considered non-tangible and performance-based services.
2. No Refund After Service Delivery
Once services have been initiated or delivered (including consultations, strategy development, campaign setup, or management work), payments are non-refundable.
3. Monthly Services
For clients on monthly service plans:
Clients may cancel their service with written notice before the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds are issued for work already performed during an active billing period.
4. Custom Projects
For custom or project-based engagements:
Payment terms are defined in the service agreement.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Disputes
If a client believes there has been a billing error, they must contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the matter and respond in good faith.
